Welcome!

We would like to familiarize you with the house rules to make your stay with us pleasant. For more information, please contact the host.

General rules

  • Arrival and departure: Accommodation on the day of arrival from 2:00 PM is available, and on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m. must leave it.
  • Valuables: Guests are responsible for their own valuables and personal belongings left in the apartments/rooms. The owner is not responsible for any loss of such items.
  • Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own behavior in and around the house; in the event of an accident, they will bear the consequences themselves.

Safety and energy saving

  • Close the apartment/room door when you are inside.
  • When you leave the hotel, mandatory:
    • Close the doors and windows.
    • To fold the parasols.
    • Turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.).
    • Shut off the water.
  • The owner has the right to enter the apartment/room in the absence of the guest - in special cases - in order to prevent damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about this at the next contact.

Rules of coexistence

  • It is prohibited to damage furnishings, cause disorder, or disturb other guests.
  • It is especially forbidden to make noise during the following periods: 14:00 – 16:00 and 23:00 – 07:00 between hours.
  • Only officially registered guests can use the accommodation's services. The host may allow visitors for a specific time upon prior request.
  • It is prohibited to bring in weapons, explosives or flammable materials.
  • The use of devices that are not part of the accommodation's equipment is only permitted with the host's consent.
  • Pets are only allowed with the host's permission.

Damages and liabilities

  • Any malfunction, damage or shortage (equipment, equipment) must be reported to the host immediately. If the damage is caused by the guest's fault, the guest is obliged to reimburse the cost thereof.
  • From the apartment/room it is forbidden to export equipment items (towels, blankets, etc.).
  • In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to terminate the guest's accommodation services.

Administration

  • Upon arrival, immediately hand over your ID card or passport to the host for reporting to the Tourist Office.
  • You can share your comments, requests, and compliments with the host, who is available to you 24 hours a day.
